CUSTOMER CARE & CONTENT COORDINATOR

Tea & Tequila is a London-based ethical fashion brand producing all collections in Mexico. My responsibilities extend across operations, quality control, product development, content creation, and styling. I manage customer service via email (≈30 tickets/day), process refunds and exchanges, and handle inventory adjustments and fulfillment workflows in Shopify and Mintsoft. I supervise production quality reports and the production assistant, assist in material selection and prototype development, and produce daily visual content and styling for campaigns and e-commerce. I act as the Mexico–UK liaison, working chiefly in English to combine operational problem-solving with creative direction.
