DESIGN DEVELOPER, CUSTOMER CARE & CONTENT COORDINATOR

Tea & Tequila is a London-based ethical fashion brand producing all collections in Mexico. I joined the company as a Production Assistant in quality control and have since grown into a multi-disciplinary role spanning customer care, content creation, and product development.
I oversee customer service (≈30 emails/day), manage refunds, exchanges, warranty claims, special orders, and invoicing, and coordinate directly with our fulfillment centre to resolve issues such as lost parcels, oversold items, and pre-order tracking. I also handle inventory adjustments and manual order creation in Shopify and Mintsoft.
On the production side, I support design development for new jewellery, coordinate material sourcing and prototypes, and lead quality control across workshops in Mexico City and Taxco, including the plating process.
I coordinate content creation for the brand in Mexico, producing BTS videos and photography of workshops and campaign shoots, product photography at the studio, and quick organic content for social media. I also assist with styling and the coordination of internal campaign photo shoots. Additionally, I manage product shots requests for the UK photo studio, selecting pieces and serving as the direct point of contact.
As the Mexico–UK liaison, I work primarily in English, combining operational problem-solving with creative direction to support both teams.
